Theatre, improv & storytelling workshops at wake correctional center

In the spring of 2019, See Saw was invited to pilot a series of improv and storytelling workshops at Wake Correctional Center (WCC) in Raleigh. We completed a successful 7 week residency that culminated in a performance for our participants’ fellow inmates and staff. We were thrilled to receive a grant from Manbites Dog Theatre to continue this work for an 8 week storytelling and devised theatre residency that was cut one week short due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
